ANACEC Strengthens European Educational Cooperation at the “Bridging Borders” Summit in Brussels
Brussels, June 10–13, 2025 — Two representatives from the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC) participated in the international summit “Bridging Borders: Advancing Educational Cooperation Across the EU and Its Neighbourhood” — a strategic milestone of the MOBIUS project. The summit focused on expanding cross-border educational collaboration and building sustainable institutional partnerships between the European Union and its neighboring regions.
The event opened with a visit to the European Parliament, where participants discussed enhancing educational cooperation within the EU and its neighborhood, alongside Members of the European Parliament, representatives of the Committee of the Regions, and the European Economic and Social Committee.
The second day of the summit centered on advancing interregional cooperation in education and vocational training (VET) through strategic dialogue, stakeholder meetings, and the co-creation of a common vision. Building on the themes of inclusion and transformation introduced on the first day, the sessions provided concrete guidance for future collaboration.
The summit featured:
